About Travel Health Education

Jane Bell RGN, CTH®, MFTM RCPS (Glasg)

Jane is the Founder of Travel Health Education and a highly experienced travel medicine specialist. She began her career in travel medicine in 1996 when she worked as a practice nurse in the surgeries MASTA travel clinic
In 2007, Jane co-founded the Sussex Travel Clinic in Hove, East Sussex, expanding the service in 2013 with the opening of a second clinic in Worthing, West Sussex. Following the sale of the company in 2017, Jane remained in post until 2025 as the Clinical Team Lead for the Sussex and Hampshire clinics, continuing to provide clinical leadership and support.
Jane holds the Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine and, in 2016, was awarded the Diploma of Membership from the Faculty of Travel Medicine. She also served two terms as a Regional Advisor for the Faculty, contributing to professional standards and education within the specialty.
